Areas of interest: Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, Treasury.
 
Prof A. R. Parasuraman (M.Com., FICWA, ACS, D.M.S, M.F.M.)
20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, textile, power and electronics industries with 18 years experience in teaching in business schools and management training and development for corporate.

Areas of interest: Financial Management including Cost Accounting
 
Prof. K.R.Venkateswaran (B.Com(Hons), L.L.B., C.A.I.I.B, FCS)
25 years of industrial experience in banks in legal and vigilance departments and 6 yrs of teaching experience.

Areas of interest: Legal matters especially Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance, Corporate Audits , Macro Economics.
