You are at SIESCOMS : Placements : Placements

Dear Friends,

Life at any management institute is indeed challenging in all senses. There is pressure of academic work; simultaneously, the students are not considered as students but are seen as “managers in making”. There is, therefore, lot of expectation from the world at large to see the student community emerging as “professional managers”. This also puts pressure on the institute as it attempts to develop knowledge, skills & attitude required for a corporate executive. Life for students in a management institute is in fact a journey from “campus to corporate”.

It is in this context that placement activity at a management institute should be looked at where the students are made ready not for a “job” but for a “career”. This career focus builds a long-term perspective among students. The placement cell at SIESCOMS is considered as a “career counseling cell” where the students are guided through the journey at the college through building competencies, developing confidence, sharpening acumen and finally making them ready to face all unpredictable challenges in the corporate life. This process is long drawn and tough one starting from personality identification to taking them through a number of exercises including group discussions and mock interviews.

We are proud to have a dedicated batch of students who are committed, disciplined and groomed to take up the corporate challenges in different functional domains. At the institute we have endeavored to provide them with all tools & techniques required to make them better professionals. We are sure the corporate sector would find our students different not only in terms of skills / knowledge but also in values / orientation.

We stand committed to provide the best of trained managerial manpower for the Indian as well as global corporate.
